Getting an All-Access® Visa® card is easy. Go to the nearest Nix Check Cashing location, and all we need to do is verify your name, address, telephone number and collect the one time fulfillment fee. How is the All-Access® Visa® card different from a credit card?


The All-Access® Visa® card is prepaid, which means it is completely powered by your cash. The money you have in your NetSpend All-Access® Visa® card account is the money you have to spend.

How do I load money onto my All-Access® Visa® card?

You may load your All-Access® Visa® card at any Nix Check Cashing location or at any authorized distributor.

What is the maximum/minimum that I can load onto my All-Access® Visa® card?

The maximum transaction size will not exceed $2000 per deposit at a time. There is no maximum limit on your account.

If I lose my All-Access® Visa® card or NetSpend Cash Card, can someone use it at an ATM?

You can purchase anything you want, as long as the merchant accepts Visa® cards and all merchant conditions are met. You can make purchases at over 21 million merchants, on the Internet, or over the telephone. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase adult content.

How many All-Access® Visa® cards can I have? How do I get another card?

You can have as many All-Access® Visa® cards as you wish. You can either tie them together or have them as individual accounts. You may also add secondary cardholders to your account.

How do I check my balance?

You may check your balance online for free, through Netspend’s automated phone system, or by talking to one of our friendly Customer Service Agents, in English or in Spanish. A fee is assessed for balance inquiries via Netspend’s automated phone system or through a Customer Service Agent. Should you choose to access your balance online, you will need a username and password, which you can obtain for free online or through Netspend’s automated phone system once you purchase your All-Access® Visa® card.

Can I pay at the pump for gasoline?

Yes. You will need to have an available balance of at least $21. If you purchase gas and the merchant runs the Visa® card for $50, NetSpend will hold this amount for the merchant. If the total purchase comes to $30, the merchant will complete the transaction by collecting on the $30 and the remaining $20 will be released back into your account.
